The staff were really friendly, easy parking (not cheap..), great happy hour prices, clean and cosy room, good shower, good location. We slept well here even though the fire alarm went off at 7am. Near to a great traditional eatery also.

A clean, modern hotel next to Pempelforter Strasse U Bahn & a 15 minute walk toward the Old Town. The bathroom was modern but the cleaning let down room 5 (the white bathroom tiles had something not nice on them.... which I cleaned off with tissue

Found hairs that were not ours when we lifted up the pillows and blankets, which was really gross. Floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a long time. Really noisy and hot rooms. We got a larger room and there was nothing big about it. Location was decent, but would definitely not recommend it.

We had a double bed and a fold out bed style room. The double bed had 2 single quilts as opposed to a double. We had 2 bath towels between 3 of us. We were told that the hotel served food until 11pm but on 2 of our 3 nights there they couldn’t put any food on as there were only 2 staff working. The 2 ladies that were mostly manning the reception and bar area were superb though and couldn’t do enough for us. Just a shame about the hotels planning and staffing.
