Good location, parking in basement (with charge), very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent and helpful. Happy hour in the bar was much appreciated! We did not have breakfast.

A clean, modern hotel next to Pempelforter Strasse U Bahn & a 15 minute walk toward the Old Town. The bathroom was modern but the cleaning let down room 5 (the white bathroom tiles had something not nice on them.... which I cleaned off with tissue

Super fijn hotel voor bezoek aan kerstmarkt. Rustige kamer. 213. Ontbijt zaal rommelig. Door mensen die tafels aan elkaar schoven. Stonden losse stoelen in ruimte waar geen tafel bij stond. Weinig plek. 1 koffie apparaat. Lange rij om koffie en thee te halen. Geen prullenbakje op tafel. Bestek met regelmaat op. Boter lange tijd niet aangevuld. 1 vriendelijke man in restaurant. Vrouwen zagen er niet vriendelijk uit. Tafel was niet schoongemaakt. Ontbijt verder prima. Was voldoende keus.

Alles soweit okay und unkompliziert. Das Waschbecken im Bad war jedoch offensichtlich für Riesen gebaut, denn es war viel zu hoch. Auch wäre es nett, wenn der Empfang etwas besser zu Anbindungen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel informieren könnte.
