Gute Unterkunft für kurze Aufenthalte. Hat alles was man braucht, zentral gelegen, sauber, freundliches Personal.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist winzig, und mit der Küchenzeile bietet auch das Zimmer wenig Platz. Sehr ärgerlich war allerdings, dass mein Zimmer völlig ausgekühlt war und die Heizung auf Null stand, obwohl draußen nur wenige Grad herrschten. Es dauerte Stunden, bis die schwache Heizung den Raum angenehm temperiert bekam. Der Manager (?) war wenig lösungsorientiert und wenig entgegenkommend. Er meinte lax, einige mögen das so kalt, nächstes Mal bekäme ich ein vorgeheiztes Zimmer. Danke fürs Gespräch.
