Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all trash and bring outside to one of the bins. There are two bins located outside of the grey house (also one of our properties).
Set the thermostat to 75 degrees in summer months and 68 degrees in the winter months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
