Peaceful Cozy Cottage 15 minutes to UVA

This lovely and very cozy 750 square foot cottage offers comfort and tranquility. The Cottage was renovated in 2021 in a country studio style. You will be close to all points of interest in Central Virginia: historical UVA, mountains and national parks, wineries, breweries, distilleries, hiking, shopping and fine dining. UVA events and the Downtown Mall are 15 minutes away. You will be 5 minutes to the CHO Airport. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. The bathroom has a 5 foot walk in shower with beautiful marble and river rock tile work and a rainfall shower head. You can sleep in comfort after a long day of activities and adventures on a new memory foam queen size mattress. There is a new 55" flat screen TV and leather loveseat in the sitting area for relaxation. The cottage is located on 2.3 acres near the owners main house in a private community.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Chisholm Vineyards at Adventure Farm. A kitchen and a memory foam bed are available in the cottage.
