This single-level home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a partially covered deck with bay views. With air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and laundry, it’s ideal for families, couples, or small groups. Pet-friendly for approved small dogs, this home offers a comfortable and scenic base for your Midcoast Maine stay.
This home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed, air conditioning
- Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
There are two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, and another with a tub/shower combination.
The living area includes a 43` TV with DirectTV and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and drip coffee machines, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and additional small freezer. You`ll find plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware.
A partially covered deck with seating overlooks Linekin Bay, and lawn chairs are also available.
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including:

- Laundry facilities

Guests will be greeted by a Sea Maine team member upon check-in for a tour of the home and given keys to the property.
The home is located in a quiet, residential area of East Boothbay, known for its scenic beauty, boating access, and peaceful setting. Nearby Linekin Bay offers kayaking, paddleboarding, and breathtaking sunsets.
