As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, many coffee machine makers and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers 3 SMART televisions and internet access.

There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed and in the dining room area a sofa bed can be used if 3 people stay, the third person is subject to agreement with the owner and occurs a further charge.

CCTV operates external to the property for security and safety.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

For those booking through any platform other than Airbnb a £150 damage deposit charge will apply payable directly to the host, this will be returned within 7 days if all is well - please go to Policy section.

The apartment is up three flights of stairs, no lift.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm, and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building, no pets, candles or parties.
- Damage deposit paid directly to owner £150 mandatory. Paid back on inspection.
- There are free parking on premises for one car, parking facilities available at the property. Bikes only ro be kept in car park or in car, strictly no taking into building.
