Clean, affordable motel, close to everything

Pros: It was so close to everything, the staff was great and the room was clean.
Cons: The box springs could be changed and the outer appearance of the motel could be improved.
Location: The location is prime. Minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the marathon start.
I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming and our room was clean and quiet. It was so close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the Cape Cod marathon start. The refrigerator and microwave in our room were the perfect addition to what we needed for our stay. Our sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean. The only negative was the creaky box springs, although the beds were still quite comfortable. The outer appearance of the facility is a little dated, but that didn't bother me. If you are looking for an affordable motel close to everything, the Carleton Circle is it.
