Cozy, renovated 3-bedroom cape house in East Falmouth, located near beaches, shopping & dining.

Everything you need for a beach vacation is provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and games. Two paddleboards are available for use. All linens are included.

New improvements this year include mini-split air conditioning and outdoor bluetooth stereo system.

Secluded beach access to Great Pond is only a 5 minute walk from the house, where you can paddleboard, swim or just sit on the small beach area.

Enjoy the spacious, fenced-in back yard with plenty of room for the kids to play safely while enjoying a BBQ on the gas grill. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, seating area for six with a slider leading out to the backyard. The living area is off the dining area and has a comfortable sectional and recliner with 70" smart TV for those relaxing nights.

The home features one king bed, one queen bed & 4 bunk beds, two full baths and an outdoor shower.

One vehicle beach pass provided for weekly rentals.

Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

A ping pong table and fooseball table are provided in the garage.

As advertised great stay

This was a fantastic stay! Minutes away from just about anything we need or wanted to do. Very clean and had a large amount of amenities, everything from paper plates, Keurig coffee pods, firestarters for the fire pit, and a whole bunch more. Note the details of the listing, this is a very well thought out, but small home. The fenced in yard with deck, patio, grill and fire pit were perfect! Window ACs in all bedrooms and the garage. Leave BR doors open to cool the living room and kitchen. For 2 couples and kids, this was perfect!!

Quiet Water Retreat !

The house was completely as advertised .Recent updating with up to date furniture ,and well supplied with linens and towels . Kitchen well supplied with cooking utensils ,abundant new dishes and glasses and very clean .Keurig dual carafe/single cup coffeemaker and single coffee pods provided .Nice large back porch patio with large yard .Garage with many games , beach chairs etc. for in season use .

Amazing house!

The owners are so nice and their house is filled with entertainment!! They provide games, activities, and let alone being in an amazing location. Easy ride to the beach, and beautiful downtown Falmouth.

A perfect stay

This property was spotless and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully maintained and thoughtfully organized and decorated. The owner was communicative and very kind. The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent for our purposes. The large yard was a major plus, as was the grill and fire pit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if work brings us back up to Falmouth!

Comfortable home, fantastic host

This was my first Vrbo experience so I really had no idea what to expect. I was blown away with what a great experience we had. The home is beautiful and perfectly comfortable for a family. Everything is brand new – the photos accurately represent the house with the exception that there is now a new dining table on the back porch. The yard is great and was perfect for relaxing and playing kickball with my kids. The house was also well equipped with everything you’d need for a Cape Cod family vacation. It’s a great location with quick access to the Falmouth beaches and downtown shopping and dining. There’s even a Little Free Library a few yards down that street that my kids enjoyed exploring. That said, what really made this experience stand out was our host. Scott was fantastic starting with my first interaction. He was very engaging and accommodating, and provided thoughtful suggestions for beaches and Cape Cod activities and attractions. If you’re looking for a relaxing upper Cape getaway, this is the place for you!
