Backyard has full deer fencing and two gates, a large portion of the almost 1 acre land is woods but there are a flower patch and vegetable garden as well as a brand new wide path of decking that encompasses the entire side and back of house. The deck is so large that we are able to have 6 chaise lounges, a dining table for 6 with umbrella, as well as a double couched sitting area and coffee table, a grill and two very large storage units that double for a buffet area.
Rental Registration: 24-33 expires on 1/12/2026.
Suitability: Not handicap accessible. Not suitable for multiple families and unrelated guests.
Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
Pet Policy: One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog of 20 lbs or less is permitted for an additional $300.00 per booking. Non hypoallergenic/shedding dogs or any dogs over 20 lbs are prohibited unless express approval is provided. All other pets (including multiple dogs) are prohibited unless express approval is provided (please inquire).
Utility Disclaimer:
Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. The guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the reservation. Excessive usage is defined as utility costs over $125.00 per night of the reservation.
Cleaning Disclaimer: One end of stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory. In-stay cleanings are the guest's expense.

Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation.
