Early June visit

The home is a little more tired than the pictures show BUT we enjoyed the comfortable cottage feel to the place. The grounds are beautiful and although it is on a busy road, sitting on the back deck we were not bothered by noise. We slept soundly (until the songs of birds woke us!) in comfy beds and we were cozy in this home. The location is an easy bike ride to town. We never used our car but to visit Sag Harbor - we rented electric bikes and biked everywhere. Note, second full bath is in the basement but the upstairs bath was sufficient for the three of us and this didn't matter. I would rent again.

Great little cottage

Worked very well for our 4 day stay. Attractive and easy. Check-in was super easy. And the owner so kindly showed up very quickly when we mistakenly locked ourselves out of the house. We would rent it again.

Perfect Cozy Cottage

I stayed here with my 3 friends over Memorial Day Weekend, and we had the most amazing time. The cottage was better than expected and even more charming in person. Incredibly well stocked, the house had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, etc. There was a beautiful front and back yard/ deck that was perfect for lounging and lawn games. The property is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by a fence and gate, which made the property feel very safe and private. It's a very good location and took us about 5 minutes to drive to town and less than 10 to get to the beach. While I never met Jeanne in person, she was always available via text. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a restful and relaxing stay in the Hamptons. We certainly can't wait to return.
