This beautiful expanded newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is nestled on manicure landscaped property. Enjoy the boxwood garden & have a relaxing time roasting marshmallows by the fire pit & enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi (open year-round) while listening to the calming sounds of nature. This property has an oversized back yard with plenty of space for kids to enjoy. The location makes your stay easy and convenient to navigate the east end.



The Space:

Pets are allowed for a fee. No smoking. No parties. Must comply with town noise ordinances.

Tucked in a peaceful corner of East Hampton, this elegant retreat offers effortless proximity to both the bay and ocean. Guests can reach serene bay beaches in just 3 to 5 minutes, or enjoy the Atlantic’s crashing waves with a short 15 minute drive to beautiful oceanfront sands.



Perfect for morning strolls or mid-day bites, a beloved local deli is just a minute away. For those traveling with four-legged companions, a well-kept dog park is just 5 minutes from the home, offering open space and fresh air for all.

Serene location
