Located in the beautiful Springs neighborhood of East Hampton, this beachy cottage offers a serene retreat just minutes from East Hampton Village and the beach. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it offers the perfect blend of modern living and timeless charm. This house is ideal for families - equipped with booster seats/high chairs, a travel crib, movable bed rails and a treasure trove of family games, puzzles and books for rainy days.

Step outside to find a new large deck ideal for hosting gatherings or simply unwinding. Set on a private half-acre on a cul-de-sac, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a detached garage for long term renters. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay at a modern updated house. The skylight in the first bathroom was beautiful and added to the experience. My con is that the water pressure in the first bathroom was low. The other 2 bathrooms had good water pressure. Lots of space for a family to enjoy!
