When you drive up the long private driveway, the first thing you'll notice is that the property is completely fenced in which gives you that private beach feel you've been waiting for. The custom patio on this level has both a sitting area and lounging area that leads to the waterfront hot tub. In addition, there is a full bathroom on this level so you won't have to worry about the kids bringing in all the sand from their day on the beach. After you're done swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing, you'll love hanging out on the first floor in the open kitchen and living room with fantastic views of the water any way you turn. On the second floor, you'll find five bedrooms and another full bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have sliding doors to yet another deck so you can enjoy the cool breeze at night. Finally, on the third floor, you will find the master suite complete with its own full kitchen, full bathroom, sectional, and work station. This floor has the best views around with another deck. Because of the four bathrooms, this house can easily accommodate multiple families, several couples, or a big bunch of friends.
