The room was very clean and staff were very friendly. For us it was a different concept on hotel's stays. The room was kind of like on an Ikea concept. Smaller room than the usual hotel and no dressers (not a bad thing). Everything had it's place not a lot of clutter. Very clean and modern feel. I was surprised that it was connected to they Hyatt. You never really knew when you left the Marriott side and walked to the Hyatt side of the building. Great for our needs for just one night.

While we LOVED the staff and the ACH Lansing property was nice, we HATED having to book it through Expedia. We were there for a funeral and things were not settled when we booked. We needed to delete a night and the non empathy crooks at Excheatya would not let us change the booking. Thankfully, Paige at the property came through. SHE is wonderful.
