Large wrap around deck with grilling and plenty of seating to relax and overlook the lake. Outside games available, including cornhole, ladder golf, and lawn jenga. Property is lakefront but on a shallow cove. Town boat landing and swimming is 1.5 miles away on Chase Mills Road. Sunrise Trail is less than 2.5 miles away. Great central location for Downeast Maine activities, roughly 35 minutes to Quoddy Head Lighthouse and State Park, 25 minutes to the Roque Bluffs State Park and Beach, 20 minutes to Jasper Beach, 40 minutes to Campobello Island, and 55 minutes to the St. Stephen Border Crossing.
