For the price point, is a decent place to stay. Needs a face lift but our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette was a bonus. We didn’t have time for the breakfast but it looked like a nice offering of food.

I reserved a room for two nights with my family. I have stayed at Hyatt hotels before, but never at this specific location. From the moment we arrived, things felt different. There were portable heaters on the floor heating the check-in area, which later started to make sense. The staff was very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate their service. However, we ended up leaving the hotel earlier than planned because the cold air was coming in through the windows, making the room uncomfortable. Additionally, two of the televisions in our room did not work. I called for assistance and the staff tried to help, but they openly admitted that the TVs are very old. Overall, the hotel provided just enough for us to sleep one night, but it did not meet my expectations, especially compared to other Hyatt locations where I’ve stayed. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the usual Hyatt standard I am accustomed to.
