About this cottage:
Simple old cape cod vibe. Clean, campy Cottage nestled in the dune on a private stretch of sandy Cape Cod beach. This simple cottage has an enclosed outside shower complete with a dressing area, gas grill, and private path to your spot on the sand. Bedroom with Full-sized bed. Now with wireless internet and newly added split AC. There's nothing better than the beach!

Spring Hill Beach is private and one of the Cape's best. Enjoy swimming, sunsets, and more in this lovely East Sandwich area. Travel only minutes to historic downtown Sandwich, Cape Cod's oldest town. Enjoy the many fine antique shops and craft shops on Route 6A. Enjoy some of the best restaurants as well while you are in Sandwich.

NOTE--this cottage has an interior 1/2 bath with the shower outside, (enclosed hot and cold water). This property has internet but does not have a TV.

Wonderful hidden gem!

This property was a great place to decompress for the week. Rustic looking from the outside but remodeled and clean inside. The two decks were great, the one attached to the house and the other overlooking the beach with a million dollar views. The only thing that we would change is to put a queen size bed in the bedroom. We hope that we can spend a week there again in the very near future!

Property was very nice. We were not aware that the only shower was outside. Also, I didn't appreciate having to rent linens and install them ourselves. We have never experienced that before with our VRBO rentals. They have always been included in the rent price.

Great location

Small cottage with everything you need and the beach was amazing. Clean ocean water with spacious beach. When tide goes out you can walk for shells and critters. No pesky seagulls. Sandflies though.
