About this cottage:
Enjoy the low tides that East Sandwich Beach is known for. Private pathway used by the association to access your place in the sun just 75 feet from your door. Have your lunch and dinner outside on the picnic table and enjoy evening sunsets over the horizon. Even sneak in a little down time on your computer with new high speed wireless .

2 Bedroom cottage at the Beachland association at East Sandwich Beach. One bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk style bed with a Double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top.

Enclosed outside shower as a bonus! This association is a small group of similar cottages on the water side of North Shore Blvd. People that rent here come year after year.

Sheets and towels are not included and may be brought or rented locally. Look up Dune Tootin linen rentals for pricing.

Liked: Cleanliness
Communication from owner was great. Location is fantastic. A few issues, cottage was very dated and stains on couch, floor and ceiling need to be addressed. Overall fun stay but would most likely look for a more updated cottage next time.
