Step inside this inviting home, ideal for families or small groups. The newly renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with stools, and a striking coral feature wall with open shelving space that's as functional as it is visually captivating.

The living room offers abundant natural light, exposed truss beams, and ample seating for gathering with loved ones. The main floor includes two bedrooms—the primary suite and a second bedroom—connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a bathtub.

On the other side of the property, you'll find additional yard space, offering even more room to unwind or play outdoors. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower off the small side deck. The home is just a short stroll from the private association beach on Cape Cod Bay, making water access effortless and your seaside escape completely enjoyable.

Pet Friendly Homes are for a DOG only. This home allows 2 dog with a $50 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime.
Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted at the home. ​​​​​​​

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payments.
