• Bedroom 3: Simplicity at its best. This room houses a comfortable queen size bed for two and a closet for your belongings.
• Bedroom 4: Perfect for a group or family, this room features a twin over twin bunk bed (sleeps 2), a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle (sleeps 4), a 40-inch smart TV, a dresser, and a full bathroom.

• Fans: For those who prefer a natural breeze, we also provide portable fans that can be moved around as needed.

📺 Living and Family Room
Our living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features a comfortable L-shaped couch with a full-size pull-out bed, perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. Enjoy our 70" Smart TV with a Vizio V51 Sound Bar, Subwoofer, and 2 KRK Classic 7 Studio Monitors. Relax on our bean bag chairs and enjoy our game table.
📡 Entertainment and Connectivity
Stay connected and entertained throughout your stay with our high-speed Wi-Fi and a variety of streaming services on the smart TV. You can also connect your devices to our sound system via Bluetooth to enjoy your favorite music.
🌳 Outdoor
Enjoy our griddle but please clean up after yourselves and turn off the propane. Let us know if you use it before you leave. Also, make sure to enjoy our firepit with Adirondack chairs, perfect for a relaxing evening under the stars. Our spacious backyard is perfect for a family picnic or a fun afternoon playing catch.
⚠️ Safety and Security
Your safety is our top priority. Our property is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system, and all entrances are secured with smart locks for easy and secure access. We also have smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector for your peace of mind. For added security, we have security cameras located on the outside of the home.
📜 House Rules
We kindly ask our guests to respect the following rules:
• No pets
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Checkout before 10:00 AM
• Early and late check-ins/check-outs are available for an additional $50 each for up to 2 hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM
• Self-check-in with smart lock
• No smoking or lighting of anything cigarette and charcoal related inside the home
• No parties allowed
• The property holds up to 21 guests during the day but only 12 can stay overnight. No additional guests are allowed.
• Please park up to 4 cars in the driveway in front of the home and avoid parking on the street.
• The fireplace located in the home is currently off limits
• All garbage, trash, and debris must be placed in securely fastened and tied plastic bags and deposited in the trash can inside the house in the kitchen.
🏘️ Neighborhood
Our home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors, many of whom have small children. Please watch out for any children playing in the street nearby as you enter and exit the driveway. We’re just a short drive away from the local grocery store, and we highly recommend the bakery down the street!
🧳 VRBO Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that our guests secure travel insurance through VRBO’s partnered providers. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen circumstances that might interrupt your travel plans. It can cover incidents like trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical expenses, and baggage loss or damage.
Please note that travel insurance is not included in your booking and must be purchased separately. VRBO offers a variety of travel insurance options, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.
Remember, securing travel insurance can help ensure that you’re protected, no matter what comes up. Safe travels!
💰 Variable Security Deposit
The security deposit for our property varies depending on the length of your stay. This deposit is designed to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your stay.
Here’s how it works:
• For stays up to 3 nights: A security deposit of $200 is required.
• For stays between 4 to 7 nights: A security deposit of $300 is required.
• For stays longer than a week: A security deposit of $500 is required.
We reserve the right to withhold a Security Deposit after expiration or termination of Guest’s tenancy, and to deduct from the Security Deposit costs for extraordinary expenses or damages including, but not limited to, damage to the property, loss and/or misuse of personal property, excessive laundry and/or cleaning, or staining of linens/towels/rugs/furniture.
This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided there are no damages to the property.
Please note that the security deposit is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately. We understand that accidents happen, so we appreciate your cooperation in informing us of any damages or spills. By doing so, we can work together to maintain a beautiful and welcoming space for all of our guests.
