I never received check in instructions. My stay was cancelled 45 minutes before check in. The owner did not respond to any emails and voice mail was always full so you could not leave a message.

Golf Trip

Overall the house was fine. Plenty of room, home theater was great (a little difficult to set up) but great, nice property. The dishwater was missing the top shelf and no dishwasher detergent was supplied (I sent email twice no answer). The pool table was also nice but need to be level. Leaning to one side. Otherwise nice pool table. The major disappointment was the grill and hot tub. We were ready to barbecue only to find out that the propane tank was empty. Bummer!!! I was told the day of arrival that the hot tub was broken. VRBO offer another unit but with one less bedroom (not good). The hot tub looks like it's been broken for weeks if not months. Why wait until the last minute to inform me? Other minor stuff such as all bathroom fans are not working, hair dryer broken, door lock/handle broken.
