Highland Lake, the community's largest lake and swimming area, is less than a 3-minute walk from the property.

Summer amenity badges required to access pools and lakes from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Loss of amenity badges will incur a $200 replacement charge per badge.

✔ Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front entry area, and side walkways

✔ No cameras are located inside the home or in areas where guests expect privacy
