Clean rooms, comfy beds, working appliances--we stayed in a "suite" and it was very nice. Love the bright lights & security cameras on the property. Only complaints: the smell of weed if you leave your room at night--it was supposed to be no smoking in that wing, but I think it isn't always enforced late at night. Also the yapping dog in the room across the hall was pretty annoying at times. Other than that, decent room at a decent price.

We have stayed here in the past, and like the "studio" rooms. They are quite comfy, & there is always lots of hot water. We like the brightly-lit parking lot if you have to go out after dark. We like that they have security cameras. Our only complaints, and these are new issues: 1. So much snow & ice in the way near handicap parking--very difficult to navigate. 2. The absolutely overpowering STENCH of weed in the hallway outside our non-smoking room. It is really unpleasant. We will have to think carefully about staying here again due to the weed.

Towels had holes in them. They couldn’t get tv to work. Strange buzzing noise in room clerks had no idea what it was. Paint in shower was peeling off. The next night they moved me to another room with no buzzing.

We were very impressed with how clean the room was. Honestly not impressed with anything else. The front desk staff when we arrived, barely even welcomed/acknowledged us. Just said "last name and I need your ID". No info about the hotel, wifi, check out etc. It's not the hotels fault, but other guests staying in the hotel were EXTREMELY loud in the middle of the night, both nights we were there. Like shouting in the hallways and a kid crying so loudly. Also, we thankfully didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but for anyone that wants to watch TV, there were only 3 channels available. Overall, a decent place for the price.

Never again!

The first thing noticed was the fresh odor of marijauna in the lobby which also was quite strong on the main and upper floor. The marijuana smell was strong at night as well as in the morning. We were on second floor, which there is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. The first room was terrible, the washroom had not been cleaned so we were given another room and the T.V. did not work.
