GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to all three levels of the home – basement, main floor, and upper sleeping floor – as well as the driveway, patio, and backyard, except for the locked storage closet/room.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in this home.

We had the absolute best time at our stay in this gorgeous house.. was way bigger than expected. The porch was our favorite spot where we all sat together and watched a thunderstorm and played cards. The neighbor across the street is the cutest old man ever and so friendly. Quick walk to the beach which is like a lake onthe ocean. Gorgeous sunset and adorable little downtown. The owners were super responsive with anything we needed and super friendly.

Has the potential to be great … with a few minor changes

Check in and arrival: The place really needs a welcome binder. It would be helpful to have everything in one place. For example we could not find parking passes during our visit or the WiFi password. I had to email him and ask him for it.The access code was given the day of, which was great. Beds: Mattresses in some rooms clearly have not been updated in quite some time. Linens, pillows and sheets were nice! Water pressure in the one bathroom upstairs was amazing after 10 showery in a row, the water was still hot!! One negative: no TV in the common area sometimes you just want to relax at night. There’s one in one out of seven bedrooms. One bathroom for seven bedrooms is not enough. The second is not acceptable, nor accessible — it is in the basement, which is terrifying. The ACs are amazing in the whole house and it is nice and cold after a hot day at the beach. The pool table is a nice touch, but … not with the smell in the basement, maybe move it to the front porch or finish the basement. Dan - is super nice and accommodating and remedied problems the best he could such as no toilet paper and paper towels upon arrival. The locations is great, you can walk to the beach and downtown. Lastly, the house it really needs a good deep cleaning - it is very dusty.
