A liability waiver will be sent via docusign. It will need to be signed prior to your check in date.

Lawn Maintenance:
The lawn is mowed every Friday (approximately March-October)except during the winter time.

Hot Tub:
Hot tub maintenance is every Tuesday. The hot tub company will use the gate to access the hot tub.
