Chris and Caroline are perfect hosts! Very friendly and welcoming, and happy to help in any way they can. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely local produce, and lots of choice. In a great location - very quiet, but within easy walking distance of the sea front, theatres, Towner gallery, shops, pubs and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. We loved our stay & will be back!

Very clean and tidy rooms lovely very spacious breakfast very nice easy walking distance to seafront and owners very friendly and helpful about local area

Very central, very clean and comfy, friendly owners, super breakfast and fab decor. We only stayed overnight but would recommend without any hesitation. Oh and free parking. Thank you.

Pv des flics d eastbourne pour 54cm de débordement sur la bordure jaune!!!!! Sinon établissement super Gentillesse exquise de nos hôtes Chambre très agréable Bref deviendra mon adresse pour mes séjours à eastbourne.....

Kleines aber feines Hotel. Man merkt, dass der Gastgeber auch der Besitzer ist. Sehr empfehlenswert. Top Lage. Evt für im Gehen eingeschränkte Personen ungeeignet, da die Stockwerke nur über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar sind
