The The Beach House introduces a new and unique experience in short stay accommodation which we describe as ‘home living’. If the idea of a spacious apartment with all the comforts of home seems like a dream, then these ‘seaside themed’ apartments, carefully crafted specifically to the needs of the short stay guest with uncompromising attention to detail, will be sure to pleasantly surprise.

The Beach House compromises of 5 bespoke and individual apartments. Seashell, Driftwood, Pebbles, Sandbanks & Coral Bay. They can be rented individually or together, perfect for larger family gatherings.

Seashells Apartment is located on the ground floor of The Beach Apartments and offers guests their own private entrance. The white washed enclosed patio garden provides a space for guests to enjoy the outside for some alfresco dinning

This spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment, has one double bedroom with wardrobe space and wonderful hand crafted headboard. Accommodating 3 guests the open plan living breakfast room has a high quality double sofa bed making this very affordable accommodation for 3 people.

The large open plan living, dining & kitchen room also has a table with 4 chairs, coffee table & flat screen TV with freeview channels, there is a shower room with toilet and basin. As with all of The Beach House apartments all appliances are brand new and in Seashells the kitchen equipment includes fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster, juice & cafetiere and plenty of utensils which makes the apartment home from home.

Seashells comes with its own private parking space located inside the gated area.

Great apartment!

Would definitely stay here again, pleasant, clean and well decorated apartment in fantastic location. I stayed here with my two teenagers and it was perfect.

A great break by the Seaside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - close to many walks especially along the Promenade as far as Sovereign Harbour. Secure parking an absolute bonus. As restaurants were not open the fact that M & S opened at 8am meant we could eat good fare - and only 150 yards from the Apparement

Well appointed and great central location

Enjoyed our stay at Seashells - could not fault cleanliness or facilities and the location was ideal for both access to sea front and town. Directions to precise location, gaining access and finding the key safe could have been a little clearer and could not connect to wifi, despite listing in the information folder. But these were minor irritations to an otherwise very satisfactory stay.

Delightful Stay

The property is ideally located in Eastbourne and having it's own allocated parking is a real bonus. The coordinated decoration and furnishings is a delight to see. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come again.
