Lovely bayside marsh cottage great for larger families

Super nice larger home right on Cape Cod bay With lovely March for you. Great for birdwatchers. Excellent location to all points on Cape Cod.

Great location, good sized home that needs updates and better cleaning

This house has all around gorgeous views and sunsets. Perfect amount of room for 6-8 adults and a couple of kids. The kitchen was thick with grease and the cleaning was certainly not up to COVID standards. The mattresses seemed more full size than queen size. Toilets were either not working, had no toilet seat or a toilet seat with a complete crack that pinched until stuffed with toilet paper. We recommend all new mattresses (queen size) and move the twin beds to join one of the other rooms making it have 4 queens instead of 3. Needs an outdoor grill and a functioning outdoor shower and it would be SPECTACULAR!!

Cape Cod reunion

This place is beautifully designed with gorgeous views and a super short walk to a delightful beach. The chefs kitchen was a real pleasure to make use of and the spacious dining area was central to our gathering. The zoned air-conditioning was key to everyone being comfortable. There was a shortage of flatware and glasses in the kitchen and no gas grill despite it being listed, however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Amazing house but needs some work

The house has stunning views, was very clean... but the bathrooms are SO old. A lot of things didn't work. 2/5 toilets were broken, the sink upstairs was broken, lightbulbs were out.. it's just a very old house that needs some touch ups. The management company did send a plumber but they didn't have a long term fix so we weren't able to use one of the bathrooms. I would stay here again if they would renovate the bathrooms.

Great house with a great location, but needs some attention. Two broken toilets, including the first floor shared toilet was a letdown, and there were a couple of other things that “kinda” worked. If they put some attention towards upkeep this house could be back to what was clearly a great house. Location is awesome and worked really well for family with kids.

Eastham house

The property was very spacious and could accommodate all of us perfectly. The property is ideal for bird watching and relaxing. It's just a short walk to the beach as advertised. It is also at a great location on the cape for getting to other places. There could be a few updates here in there in the house but the house had everything we needed for the stay.

Fantastic location and house. There are rodents - larger than mice - in the ceiling of the first floor. They run laps at night. Once this problem is addressed, this is a 5-star rental.

Getaway by the sea

Fantastic location on the bay with Spectacular views and beach access and sunsets, large villa, gourmet kitchen, fireplace and numerous large bedrooms. We had an opportunity to meet the owner he was very friendly and quite successful local businessman.

Beautiful view of Boat Meadow and Bay

Lovely home sitting overlooking vast marshes near First Encounter Beach. Easy walk to Rock Harbor. Magnificent views of Cape Cod Bay. Excellent kitchen. Met the owner, lovely Sicilian gentleman who was very welcoming. Great yard for kids and dog.

Stunning Property

What an amazing home! The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to great beach to kayak, swim and dig for clams. The patio and balcony outstanding for sunsets. The kitchen has everything a chef could hope for. Plenty of space inside for spreading out. Would be helpful if we had instructions on things like which tv’s worked, what to do with trash/recycling and other minor issues. Otherwise we were extremely satisfied with our week here. Would return again in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach vacation

My friends and I really relaxed at this beautiful home. I couldn’t say enough good things about our experience: the postcard-like, jaw-dropping bay view from the kitchen and amazing porch was amazing, as was the 2 minute walk to the beach, endless birdwatching opportunities (Great Egrets and Ospreys flying overhead), fantastic industrial kitchen, very comfortable beds, the 5 minute drive to a grocery store. There are a few recommendations that I’d like to make to the owner but this vacation home has everything. FYI: the caretaker lives in a wing of the house that is attached to the main house...so you’re not really alone. But we didn’t mind and made the best of our stay.
