New house built in 2003. The house is located in Eastham near Campground Beach. Nearby are the Atlantic Ocean beaches Nauset and Coast Guard, bike trails, nature trails, the National Seashore Park, great restaurants, and the quaint towns of Orleans and Wellfleet for all your shopping needs. The new home has a deck and screened-in porch, is open light & airy, and is beautifully decorated. The house accommodates eight people with three queen beds & two twin beds. The house is located approximately two miles from our other Eastham house.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Cape Cod Beaches. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the vacation home.

Great vacation place

The house met our needs perfectly. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. The house is roomy with central air conditioning and high speed internet. I love the outdoor deck with a Weber gas grill, the screened in porch, and dining room table. There are lots of tables for dining options or remote work spaces. I will definitely stay here next year.
