Pushing open the light blue-gray front door, you'll step into a spacious living room, with a large sectional in front of the wall mounted TV. Just passed the sectional, there is a game table perfect for family game nights with views of the spacious backyard through the large window.



A large kitchen can be found on the first floor, with easy access to a smaller dining area, perfect for morning coffee and breakfast with views of the salt marsh, and a larger dining table under the stylish chandelier, with natural light pouring in from the patio doors and windows.



The beautiful sunroom is found at the rear of the home, surrounded on three sides by windows, letting the salty air in while keeping any unwanted bugs out. Outside, a patio with outdoor dining is a great space to enjoy meals under the stars.

This house met all our expectations. It was very clean and well taken care off. We had an amazing time at the cape and made some amazing memories. Can’t wait to rent again.

A second great stay.

This was our second time staying in this home. Overall we had another great stay. Once again the house was well stocked and we enjoyed the new board games that were added and upgrades that we saw in the house. We had an extra person with us this time and still felt like we all had plenty of room. The spacious outside shower was a highlight for all of us as well as the location of the home. In our last review we mentioned that the downstairs twin bedroom was very bright in the mornings and this time the shades seem to have been changed to room darkening so it was wonderful to see that the owners take guest comments seriously. We did have a few hiccups this time: 1. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom would run on and off for hours. 2. Our first night in the home the smoke alarms went off twice at 3 in the morning. 3. The upstairs bathroom had a large amount of gnats all over the ceiling. We contacted Del Mar about the toilet and the smoke alarms who replied quickly and offered to send someone over to take a look. The only other “negative” would be that the house as a whole was a bit buggy as there were lots of cobwebs everywhere. We felt like we may have been the first people to stay in it for the season. That is why we are giving 3 stars for cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again as we appreciate everything the home had to offer and the responsiveness of Del Mar.

Fabulous July Stay

The house was more spacious than we initially envisioned and very clean. Everyone in our group had their own space which we liked. We loved the outdoor shower, kitchen was well stocked, and we really enjoyed that there was a selection of board games for us to play at night. Close proximity to both Eastham and Orleans. The only complaint would be that the twin room on the first floor needs room darkening curtains or shades as you would be woken up at 6am by the very bright sun. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would book again.

Perfect vacation spot!

Clean, spacious, lovely decor, and a great quiet location for our family vacation. Big private backyard with patio for outdoor dining or grilling. House had everything we needed, super close to bay side beaches and convenient to restaurants and attractions, including the national seashore. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious home

This house was clean, spacious and well equipped for our family vacation. The location was quiet and the landscape was beautiful. Also parking garage was great for the first day it rained and we unloaded our items without being drenched. The booking was easy.
