3BR Ocean View Farmhouse - 1 min walk to prime west-facing beach!

Relocated from an historic old island farm to the resort in 2008, the Farmhouse is the largest unit on the property. Ideal for larger groups or families, this three bedroom, 2-1/2 bath unit has some old 'farmhouse' touches that are sure to delight. Adjacent parking. Rated for six with a maximum occupancy of eight. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

The living area features a large central area with great views toward the water. Included are a couch, futon, reading chairs, DVD, and satellite TV with music channels, and a wood-burning stove. Electric heat is also provided throughout this unit. A door with a screen door leads from the living area to the front patio. Reclaimed hardwood fir floors and original cedar paneling give the Farmhouse that island charm you just can't find very often these days.

The living room leads into the dining area where a large table for six is situation next to a large bay of windows looking out toward the water. There is also a cabinet/counter in the dining area, perfect for staging meals or a buffet-style dinner.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, four burner range with dual ovens, sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and large window looking out towards the water. A full set of cabinets is included, with more than enough space to store the dishes and cookware we provide plus additional items you may bring with you. An under-cabinet radio/cd player is also included, and a door w/ screen door leads out from the kitchen to the large patio.

You can't call it a "Farmhouse" without some old-island charm, and the kitchen features such details. An antique telephone (non-working) is located next to the sitting area of the kitchen. There is also a large wood cutting board, a screened door leading out to the deck, and other touches we hope you will enjoy. It comes fully equipped with dishes and utensils for eight people. Special items (i.e., large crab boiling pots, glass ovenware, etc.) may be available at the store, so be sure to ask if you need something that is not normally provided in the cottage.

The Farm House has two bathrooms. The bathroom off the master bedroom has been completely remodeled and features a large corner shower and wide open floorplan. A second bathroom with shower is located off the kitchen area. There is also a powder room off the dining area. All towels included and basic toiletries are included.

There are three separate bedrooms in this unit. The master bedroom is especially large, charming, and includes a king bed. The other two separate bedrooms are located off the living area and feature a queen and full bed. A futon in the living area allows for extra sleeping space if needed. All linens are provided.

A covered patio is situated off the living area, and an uncovered deck extends westward from the building. Included is a bbq, chairs, picnic table, and umbrella seasonal). There is a nice little firepit and chairs outside with a view of the water. There is plenty of grass and room in front of this unit for the family to stretch out! We hope you will enjoy this historic island building!

Resort amenities include a communal hot tub, on-site cafe and store featuring gourmet Caffe Vita hand-crafted espresso, local draft beer and wine, Lopez Island Creamery Ice cream by the scoop, delicious oven-baked pizzas made-to-order, and a grocery area including beer, wine, pop, and basic groceries. We also have a waterfront seating and bar area, 400' pier and floating docks, 500' prime west-facing world class sand and pebble beach, and seasonal games including ping pong, volley ball, bocce ball, and more. Kayak and canoe rentals available. Busy season offerings include beach bonfire, daily kids' activities, motor boat rentals, and more!

This farm stay offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
