Beds were too hard to sleep well on. Other hotel guests had their kids running back and forth on the second floor balcony from 6am until they left for the beach. Breakfast is quite meager. No cots are available. Pool was nice. Parking was great. Check in and out was great. We left a day early.

The stay was ok but the first room I was in had a stench and I requested to change rooms . Also , towards the end of my stay I had a sore throat and cough from the air conditioning. I also developed a stye on my eye . I could have been from a dirty pillow case ,but not sure . Overall it was just ok .

Good hotel....nice friendly courteous staff ..nice clean. For the price well worth the stay in the very expensive Jersey Shore summer hike I n the prices. Also much better then the Neptune Crystal Inn, where both managment and security are very rude to their guest.

I emailed Expedia and Crystal. I requested some type of compensation. I left after 1 hour and never stayed there bc I didn’t feel comfortable staying or sleeping there with my son. The rooms all smelled of smoke as did the outdoor walkways. The hotel is advertised as smoke free. I felt the room was definitely not as pictured as well. I didn’t have time to make my argument there as we were participating in a soccer tournament all day and had to get back to the fields. I hope someone can rectify this situation in some manner. Thank you.

The room smelled very strongly of cigarettes, and there were cigarette burn marks on the blanket. Breakfast on Saturday was until 10 a.m. I went at 9:30 a.m. and there was nothing left, just coffee.
