I have to start off by pointing out how helpful and friendly the staff is! Room condition needs a lot of improvement. It smelled like stale cigarettes and bathroom was dingy and did not seem very clean. The ceiling had some type of splatter on it and the tub was dirty looking with stains and tears in the shower curtain. The bathroom mirror was distorted and the lighting was poor. The sheets had a huge burn hole and other stains. The one outlet by the bed did not work and the lighting in the room was all overhead and dim. Paint and new bed/bath linen would really go a long way. It was obvious that it was really just age that caused a lot of these issues, so without turning to come off harsh, minor upgrades could really go a long way.

Most of the staff is extremely friendly and courteous with the exception of 1 staff member who is rude and unkind. But, the property is a bit off the beaten course. Not much to do in the area.

Front desk clerk was excellent! Room was clean but walls are VERY thin…heard talking and music deep into the night. I’m wondering if it’s a shelter or a housing complex. Many adults and children outside at all hours.
