Die Ausstattung Hotel und Unterkunft sind gut. KRITISCH ist das Verhalten der Rezeptionistin zu bewerten, teilweise recht inkompetent was den Umgang mit Gästen betrifft. Zur Hauptzeit des Check out geht die Dame erst einmal 30 Minuten frühstücken und schließt die Rezeption ab, Sie stellt dann eine falsche Rechnung, die erst nach 10'Minuten warten stimmt. Das alles ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung!
