Fully equipped cottage. Featuring a garden and a terrace, the Bellevue gîte is located less than 5 minutes from all shops. It offers free Wi-Fi and offers views of the spacious and shaded garden. The holiday home is fitted with 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 3 bathrooms fitted with a shower.
On the ground floor, a large living room, a lounge, a second living room with children's play area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bathroom with shower, double sinks and toilet. 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 3 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 2 bunk beds plus a 90 cm pull-out bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 90 cm bed and 1 baby bed, this last bedroom has its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

Heating package 50€ compulsory supplement from October 15 to April 15.
