Welcome to our mountain sanctuary! Enjoy our well-appointed single-level, 4-season retreat with wonderful views from every room, an attached garage, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The large kitchen/great room with fireplace is both cozy for 2 and spacious for 8. The primary suite boasts a luxurious bathroom, king bed, and smart TV. The second bedroom suite contains a double bed, two twins, and an additional smart TV. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and delightful sunrise and sunset views of the nearby mountains.
The Space:
Our kitchen is fully outfitted to satisfy the whims and inclinations of any chef or baker. Our garage BBQ allows grilling in any season. Don’t miss our stockpile of games and puzzles for hours of fun entertainment. Streaming your favorite shows and music puts you in control, or enjoy our stock of favorite DVD’s. The wild turkeys that roost in the trees across the street in summer are a treat to observe. Finally, the scenic walking and hiking trails accessible right out the front door provide panoramic vistas of the entire Ogden Valley. Make our home “your home away from home”. You won’t be disappointed.
The Neighborhood:
Our corner location, front porch, and oversized back patio provide ample greenspace and privacy around the home, while just steps away, the Clubhouse is vailable for your enjoyment. Clubhouse amenities include a year-round jacuzzi, seasonal pool, fitness room, foosball, and
comfortable space to lounge, work, or gather. Just across the street a basketball hoop and tennis/pickleball court allows you to “get your game on”.
Getting Around:
The incredible terrain of Powder Mountain for winter riding or summer biking is just 15 minutes
away. The Wolf Creek golf course is 4 minutes down the street. Pineview Marina is a short 10 minute drive around the lake. Wolf Mountain or Snowbasin are just across the valley, 15 and 30 minutes away, respectively. Further afield, Park City or the Cottonwood Canyons make a great daytrip. Each is about an hour drive away.
