Each bedroom comes with a full bathroom and plush linens, ensuring maximum comfort. The primary suite and main floor guest room even boast balconies for those quiet mountain moments.

Step into an immaculately designed home, where tall ceilings and a spacious family room offer breathtaking views of the Sundown ski lift and the canyon. The full kitchen, complete with an 8-foot island, is ideal for family gatherings, and the huge fridge/freezer and separate wet bar provide ample storage for all your groceries and drinks. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, utensils, and glassware, but if you need something specific, just ask!

Entertainment is at your fingertips with TVs, Wi-Fi, and a game room for those cozy nights in. And after a day on the slopes, unwind and soothe those tired muscles in the hot tub on the covered deck, soaking in those stunning mountain views.

While the home is ski-in/out for intermediate skiers (snowfall depending), it’s only a 1-minute drive to Sundown or Timberline Lodges, or you can catch the bus at the end of the street. Please note, 4-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the property, especially during Pow Mow's epic winter storms, which can sometimes delay plowing and access to the driveway.

For your convenience, the property is just a 15-minute drive to the Valley Market Grocer and local liquor stores, 35 minutes to Snowbasin Ski Resort, and 1 hour and 15 minutes to the Salt Lake City airport. The host was very responsive and communicative prior and during our stay. The property location was a quick ski out to the Sundown lift and a ski in from Slow Poke run. The house was spacious, clean, and had gorgeous views of the mountains.

Amazing Powder Mountain experience

Beautiful home right near the sundown lift and timberline lodge. House was perfect for 7 of us. House is beautifully appoited and well stocked with prerty much everything you could need or think of. Hosts were super responsive and made everything as easy as could be. Doesn't hurt that Powder is an incredicle mountain with loads of terrain and no crowds!

Family Time

This property could not have been any better. We enjoyed the close proximity to the sundowner lift and right about the house was timberline. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with kids big or small. We will definitely be staying here again. Powder Moutain lived up to its name.
