The 35 square meter two-room apartment for two people is located on the ground floor of the detached main house. The lift takes you up the stairs to your very own holiday dream.

The living / dining area is open plan, so you can relax in a room and make the breakfast in the very well equipped kitchen, the ceramic hob on microwave / oven combination, almost everything the holidaymaker needs.

A few steps from the living area you reach your own large wooden terrace. What could be better than having a great glass of wine with you?

In the separate bedroom the holidaymaker expects a comfortable box spring bed - sweet dreams are guaranteed here. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a glass shower with rain shower and window.

In a listed building with a neighboring house, we offer a total of 12 individual and very tastefully furnished apartments. The house was completely refurbished and opened in the fall of 2018. The diversity of the different floor plans offers the perfect holiday home for everyone and a holiday pleasure that promises perfect relaxation with all the comforts. In the main building there is an elevator, only the loft apartment in the attic can only be reached via a staircase from the 2nd floor. Upstairs be achieved. On the ground floor is a small lounge for a maximum of 10 people, which can be used by all guests. On the premises there is a room for bicycles with charging facilities for the e-bike. A barbecue area and a play area for children are available. All apartments are Non smoking apartments. On request we provide a cot and high chair. In front of the building you will find free parking. Duvet covers, towels and a hygiene-Erstausstattung are included in the price. Dogs are welcome in some apartments. Per apartment, a dog with a maximum shoulder height of 39 cm can be brought on request. For this an additional cleaning fee of 20 € will be charged.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung am Edersee

Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen um zu Wandern, Wassersport zu betreiben oder die verschiedenen Angebote wie Tierpark oder Kletterpark zu nutzen. Unsere Wohnung war zweckmässig möbelliert, gut und modern eingerichtet. Die Verwaltung war täglich mehrere Stunden erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. WLAN war gut. Direkter Zugang zum See zum Baden. Im Hochsommer ist die Wohnung sehr warm, da von innen isoliert. Unsere Wohnung verfügte zudem über eine hübsche, kleine Terasse.
