With classic Vineyard beach-style throughout, the first floor of the House features an open floor plan with Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room, as well as a desk/workstation. The bright modern Kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, seating for 8, an island with seating for 4 more, and plenty of room for cooking. Right off the Kitchen is a sliding glass door out to the outside deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining at the 8-person patio table. There’s also an outdoor shower and an expansive yard for sunbathing, game-playing, and just plain lounging. The fenced back yard is nicely landscaped with a lovely lawn and a variety of shrubs and grasses in well-manicured beds.

The first floor includes three bedrooms, each with one queen bed. Also located on the first floor is one full bath and one 3/4 bath (shower, no tub), as well as the Laundry area.

On the second floor is the Loft, appointed with a Full-size bed plus a twin daybed.

There is ample parking for two vehicles, Wi-Fi, TV in each bedroom and in the living room, individualized heat and AC in each living space, complimentary beach chairs, towels, and coolers.

Note: There are no common or shared spaces with the adjoining unit in this 2-unit Ranch-style Condo. The fenced and landscaped backyard and 2-car parking area are exclusive to your unit. This unit absolutely has the look and feel of a detached single-family home. There is a very-well insulated common wall between the two units along which are oriented the laundry rooms and bathrooms; no bedrooms or living areas lie along the common wall.
