Summary:
Renovated 1950s cottage steps from Beverly Beach and Beverly Triton Nature Park - no park pass needed. Three bedrooms (king, queen, and twin bunks), French country styling, and direct access to trails, fishing, and boat launches. The sunlit screened porch, outdoor shower, and fire pit make this a true beach-house escape. One bathroom, so best for small families or close friends who don't mind sharing.
The Space:
Built in the 1950s as a family summer cottage, this home has been thoughtfully renovated with French country styling while keeping the relaxed beach-house spirit alive.
The king bedroom is just off the sunlit foyer on the main level. Down the hall, a second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs in the loft, twin bunks are set up for kids or extra guests. The single full bathroom is on the main floor - compact but well-appointed.
The screened porch is the heart of the house - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine with a view of the trees. Outside, there's a fire pit, an outdoor shower for post-beach rinse-offs, and a yard that connects to the trails of Beverly Triton Nature Park.
The cottage has a story: the owner renovated it during a journey of healing after breast cancer, inspired by her grandmother's belief in simple joys - fresh sheets, strong coffee, and a good breeze. You'll feel that warmth the moment you walk in.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry.
