Guest access
Guest will need a key code to punch in to enter the gated community and check in at door. This will be provided the day of reservation for guest security purposes. Also, 2 free parking spaces will be available to guests if needed as well as 2 off street parking spots.

We are happy to welcome dogs with prior approval. Please read the details below to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
Pet Fees
• The base rate includes one dog.
• For additional dogs, a one-time fee of $35 per dog applies to cover extra cleaning.
Pet Limits
• We generally allow up to 2 pets per apartment.
• Exceptions may be considered for a third dog if all pets are well-behaved and house-trained—please confirm before booking.
Pet Rules
• Pets must be house-trained.
• No excessive barking or disturbance to neighbors.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Pets should not be left unattended unless crated.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.
