It was very quiet and spacious. Perfect for our family trip! Easy to get to the trams ! Appreciated the coffee and the tea and the moo! Could use a instruction book for the heater and the shower! But great spot! Loved the open windows and the view!
The stairs just getting to the apartment had a light but you could barely see. Some rooms were cold and others were burning up. The street outside was SO loud all night. We could barely sleep becausw the beds and pillows were horrible. We woke up this morning with stuffy noses and headaches.

Ideal for Families in Edinburgh
Great location, property is a good size, way beyond what we needed. It is set within an established tenement with other more permanent residents. The secure entry door wasn't working when we visited, though the flat itself does have its own locks. The boiler providing heat to the flat is either on or off, the thermostat in the hall does not work.

- Good location near shops, takeaways and bars
- 20 minutes walk to the main city centre
- Condition of the property was pleasant and utensils available to cook your own food
- Noise pollution was minimum as the road to the front was being repaired so less vehicles using the road
- Checking in and out was efficient
Overall - very pleased with the stay.
I picked up keys at a nearby B & B, this is nice big flat that’s clean and tidy. The bathroom and toilet being the most modern.
Loads of takeaways on Leithwalk.
I stayed on my own but really could have taken my family of 4 no problem.
I will definitely use this again.
Everything was clean. Except the entre and the stairs of the flat.

Appartamento spazioso ma con alcuni difetti
Classico appartamento inglese, non molto curato nel dettagli ma spazioso, eravamo in 7 (uno ha dormito nella brandina).
La prima sera il lavandino nel bagno principale ha iniziato a perdere acqua dalla tubatura. Ho segnalato il problema al proprietario che non mi ha nemmeno risposto. Fortunatamente c'è un secondo piccolo bagno con il lavandino.
Altra mancanza sono le tende nelle camere che non coprono la luce, per cui la mattina presto la camera è già illuminata.
Altro problema la doccia che non funziona (o almeno noi non siamo riusciti a farla funzionare) ma c'è comunque la vasca disponibile.
Comodo il check-in fino a sera tardi, non in loco ma presso un B&B a 1 km di distanza circa.
