A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom basement apartment on York Place with it's own private patio space.

A perfect apartment for families or groups of friends to enjoy their time in the beautiful city of Edinburgh with some of the city's best attractions within walking distance, excellent transport connections to the airport and some wonderful coffee spots, eateries and bars close by.

Within the apartment, down a short flight of stairs, there are three spacious double bedrooms with an en suite of the primary bedroom. To the back of the property, a comfortable living area leading down to a spacious kitchen and dining room. The outdoor space, off the kitchen, is a rare treat so central in Edinburgh and perfect for relaxing on those warmer evenings after a day of exploring.
