Bright Quiet Edinburgh Home Free Parking
Summary:
Come and enjoy my freshly renovated (March 2023), bright and spacious top floor apartment. Ideally located close to the vibrant Leith district and only a short walk, bus or tram (coming May 2023) ride to the city centre and historic Old Town. The apartment is located on an exceptionally quiet street at the back of the building, so you will definitely not be bothered by any noise or traffic.
The Space:
The well furnished one bedroom flat has everything you need for a comfortable homely stay, including a spacious table and fast internet connection for home working.
The bedroom has plenty of space and a new (March 2023) double mattress and pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The spacious lounge has a comfortable sofa, blankets and TV for a relaxing night in. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a yummy feast, including a large cafetiere for your morning coffee.
Finally, the bathroom has a large, powerful shower for you to relax after a busy day of exploring the city!
Guest Access:
You will have private access to the whole of the property for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Newhaven is a quiet, safe and historic part of Edinburgh. It is ideally located close to the city centre, sea shore, and vibrant up-and-coming district of Leith, where there are many new restaurants, creative spaces and cafe's for you to explore. There is a lovely park a few minutes walk from the flat, and the city centre is only a short walk or bus ride away.
Getting Around:
The flat is far enough from the centre of Edinburgh to be quiet and offer a relaxing space, but is still easily accessible by foot or bus.
The #7 bus is just around the corner, and this brings you directly to the city centre in 16 minutes, or the Waverly train station in 28 minutes.
The #11 bus is also just around the corner, and this brings you to the Airport Tram and the historic New Town in just 14 minutes.
The apartment is also right next to one of the cycle / walking routes across Edinburgh that follow the old railway lines. You can easily access the sea shore or historic and beautiful New Town by these routes if you prefer to avoid the streets.
There is free on street parking outside the flat.
