An absolute gem This hotel was excellent - the rooms are all in keeping with the history of the building. The staff were amazing- many thanks to the maintenance man who told us so much of the house history. The food was excellent and we had some great wine. Loved every minute x

From the time we walked in, shaking terrified as Americans who had just driven on the wrong side of the road for the first times in our lives, the staff was nothing but wonderful. Greeted us with smiles, and were efficient. Quiet and accomodating at all times. Breakfast was great every morning, and the relaxing free range atmosphere was exactly what we needed. We lounged in almost every room and felt at home everywhere. We had dinner there two nights and everything was excellent. Highly recommend this location!

The building and location are beautiful and staff were truly lovely and so helpful. The bedroom was thoughtfully done and the bed was comfy. The bathroom is in need of a renovation, tired, grout etc was stained.
