Immaculate flat built around the turn of the 19th century - recently renovated to a high standard, on ground floor with easy access. Most comfortable hosting 4 or under, maximum capacity 6 guests. Renting out entire flat and you don’t share with other groups. If you want full capacity and lots of spaces left then this one bedroom flat is not for you. If you want an immaculate flat with great location at great rates and friendly host then it is right for you. It is situated in a quiet residential area only 1.5 miles away from Edinburgh Caste and stunning Royal Mile. Just 10-15 minute walk from the city centre (Lothian Road where you can find EdinburghCastle and Princes Street). It offers great access to bus routes, shops, cinema & the beautiful Union Canal - all within a few minutes walk. The canal is a great place where you go for a walk or early morning run. The fabulous coffee-shops, restaurants and bars right on your doorsteps and the airport bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the flat. The entire space enjoys ultrafast full fibre WI-FI internet and you can unwind with TV with lots of channels to choose from after a busy day of exploring the wonderful city.

Our flat is one bedroom flat with 1 double bed as well as 2 foldable sofa beds. Most comfortable to host 2-4, and maximum hosting up to 6. It is a cozy place where you will happily rest after a busy day exploring our gorgeous city. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
