Welcome to our convenient cozy apartment in central Edinburgh, accommodating up to 5 guests.

The apartment features brand new furnitures: a well designed sleeping arrangement with brand new double bed and memory foam mattress in the bedroom and a brand new comfortable king size sofa bed in living room. The entire space is dedicated solely to you and equipped with everything needed for a lovely stay. There is also a single size airbed with mattress topper available to make a single bed for the 5th guest if needed.

The living room includes a 50 inch smart tv, perfect to unwind after a busy day of exploration. It has ultrafast full fibre WiFi throughout. The extendable dinning table can be spread out to be 170cm long, comfortably hosting 6 guests with lots of space, versatile to be used as home office too. Sofa bed can be spread out as king size bed at night for ease. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils to make meals at home a breeze. The bathroom offers shower over bath with complimentary toiletries for added convenience. The bedroom has build-in wardrobe and double bed. Iron and iron board, extra linens and duvets etc can be provided with request.

Located on the ground floor with easy access to the apartment. But please be noted there are 2 steps to walk up from main road to inside of the apartment. Self check-in ensures a hassle-free arrival, with the key safe located beside the entrance for effortless entry.
