Remains a good hotel choice but it is getting a little tired judging by observations in the room where the bathroom has unsightly discoloured tile and seals. Together with broken blinds it felt maintenance has slipped

Building is modern with a good price. It’s very dark in common areas and rooms. Staff wasn’t unfriendly but not friendly either. Room had not been cleaned thoroughly- we found an old wrapping in the toilet area- dust on shelves.Big Grocery store a very short walk.

The room was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and super soft bedding. Breakfast was a treat. I loved the fact that the windows opened. If you want a fabulous place to stay, You will be more than satisfied. The price is more than fair.

We chose Dakota as we had heard many good things. We upgraded to have a mini bar which wasn’t there and also to have Champagne and Canopies on arrival. We asked for the complimentary arrival drinks and were told to take a seat and they would be brought over. After 30 mins we had to leave and mentioned to the reception team that they had not arrived. Really disappointing to upgrade for extra perks and to receive none. Dinner was fabulous and so was the service, Just the attention to detail was nothing special in our experience.
