Situated in Stockbridge, one of the most vibrant areas of Edinburgh, this quiet one-bedroom, main-door flat is a perfect spot to base yourself.
The apartment comes with all the amenities you need to help you relax and enjoy your visit. It is well laid-out with a large living room, double bedroom, kitchen, bath/shower and garden.
Stockbridge is a great place to base yourself while in Edinburgh, with easy access to the City Centre.
This one-bedroom flat has its own front door and private garden for you to enjoy. Double bed, bath/shower room, toilet, kitchen and living room.
This space is my home so has all the amenities you would expect. Please treat it as your home for the duration of your stay, so please relax and enjoy.
I have enlisted the help of a property manager to ensure your stay is as easy as possible.

Stockbridge is one of the most saught-after areas of central Edinburgh and it`s not hard to see why. Everything you might need during your stay is on your doorstep. From the independent cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants to the popular Farmers` Market every Sunday, you will find plenty to do and see in Stockbridge. Supermarkets are close-by and make for easy stocking during your stay.
The city centre is easily accessed - either by walking, or a short bus or taxi ride.
Local buses run from a stop just 5 minutes from the flat and taxis are available anytime. Local taxi phone numbers can be provided or you can use Uber.
There is no parking for guests at the property but there is paid parking in the area.

- No more than 2 people may stay at any one time
