Our stay at Eleven Stafford was excellent. Beautiful room, nice in-room amenities, a really convenient location, and quick staff responses to the few questions we had. Check-in was seamless. Highly recommend!

Beautiful boutique accommodations. Must ensure that check in code is sent—Expedia was not helpful with this but the hotel’s phone line was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great part of Edinburgh. Close to all the action but away from the melee. While the room was small, my boyfriend and I had a really comfortable, cosy stay. The only thing to note is the lack of luggage storage, but the system with the store around the corner worked well. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

A little inconvenient there’s not a way to hold the bags. We loved the location, though. Difficult to get in touch with staff, we really needed the room vacuumed throughout our stay, but would stay again.

There is no physical reception, everything s done online where they provide a code to enter both the building and the room. It was a nice hotel but the room was small even by European standards. I would consider staying here again but would definitely book a bigger room

I loved the Palmerston Room. Felt like I was tucked away in the attics and I had a view of the street from my window. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again. I was just a few steps from the tram into town and it was walkable to the Royal Mile also. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful hidden gem!

Super easy check in process. Love the keyless entry system. We stayed in Manor and loved the room. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, well thought out layout and storage! The toiletries smell wonderful. Just far enough away from the hustle but close enough to walk everywhere or easily catch a bus/tram. Sad we only had two nights. Highly recommend staying here!

My room was clean and comfortable and the self check in was effortless. I loved the rain head in the shower and the comfort of the bed. The room smelled so good due to the scotch pine scent.

The room was beautiful but very small. I stayed in the St. Mary's. Everything is wonderful but there is no room to set your luggage. The finishes are beautiful and there are plenty of amenities. Just be aware it's very small, but I would stay again.

Out of the 6 hotels we stayed in on this vacation, this one was by far the best. I was a little worried that there wasn't a front desk but everything was seemless. They made you feel like you were in your friends lovely guest bedroom, but still had all the amenities of a traditional hotel room. Highly recommend for singles or couples. Would love to stay here again
