We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located on Hopetoun Street, this flat puts the lively city centre just a 10-minute walk away. It’s also only a short stroll to the top of Leith Walk and The Playhouse Theatre.

Leith Walk is lined with shops, including thrift stores, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, and trendy cafés serving delicious meals and treats. Venture down to the Shore to enjoy waterfront seafood restaurants and traditional pubs in a vibrant setting.

For historical attractions, the Royal Yacht Britannia, the Queen’s former floating residence, is within walking distance, and the Ocean Terminal shopping mall is nearby. Iconic landmarks such as Edinburgh Castle and Arthur’s Seat are also easily accessible on foot.

Thanks to its location near the commercial districts, the flat is well-connected, with plenty of public transportation options just a short walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
